YOUNG&RICH Repair Service

Every YOUNG&RICH piece comes with spare beads and replacement cord. If a particular design may require a small tool for basic maintenance or restringing, the necessary tool will also be included.

Please keep these spare materials after receiving your order. If your jewelry needs a simple repair, you may first try restringing or replacing the damaged part using the supplied materials. If you are unable to complete the repair safely or successfully, please contact us for assistance.

Jewelry is made to be worn, and accidents can happen. If your YOUNG&RICH bracelet or necklace becomes damaged, breaks, or needs to be restrung, please contact us. We will assess the condition of the piece and determine whether it can be repaired.

Every repair request is reviewed individually because our designs use different natural stones, bead sizes, metal components, and construction methods.

How to Request a Repair

Please email youngrichjewelry@gmail.com with the subject line:

Repair Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Please include:

  • Your original order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

  • A photograph showing all remaining beads and components

  • The approximate number of beads you still have

  • A brief description of how the damage occurred

  • Your current wrist measurement if the bracelet needs to be restrung or resized

If you cannot find your order number, please provide the name and email address used to place the order.

Please do not send your jewelry back before receiving return instructions from us.

Repair Assessment and Pricing

Repair prices are determined individually and depend mainly on the number of original beads and components remaining.

The final quotation may include:

  • Restringing and repair labor

  • The number of missing or damaged beads that need to be replaced

  • The type and value of the replacement stones

  • Replacement metal parts, spacers, clasps, or other components

  • The complexity of reconstructing the original design

  • Any requested size adjustment

  • Return shipping costs

If most of the original beads are still available, the repair may only require restringing and reassembly. If several beads, stones, or metal components are missing, the price will increase according to the materials required.

We will provide a repair quotation by email before beginning any work. No repair will be completed until the customer approves the price.

Replacement Materials

Because natural stones vary in color, pattern, texture, and tone, replacement beads may not look completely identical to the original beads.

We will make every reasonable effort to select replacement materials that match the original design. Some limited, discontinued, or individually patterned stones may no longer be available.

If we cannot closely restore the original appearance, we will contact you before proceeding and discuss the available options.

Repair Availability

Most restringing, bead replacement, and minor component repairs can be assessed. However, a repair may not be possible if:

  • Too many original beads or components are missing

  • The original material is no longer available

  • Stones or metal parts are severely damaged

  • The item has been altered or repaired by another party

  • The structure cannot be restored safely or reliably

If repairing the item is not practical, we may recommend replacing it instead.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to YOUNG&RICH and for the cost of shipping the repaired item back.

Please use a trackable and insured shipping service. YOUNG&RICH is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while being returned for repair.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges related to the repair shipment are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Time

Once we receive the item, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and assessment.

After the repair quotation is approved, we will confirm the estimated completion time by email. Repair times may vary depending on the extent of the damage and the availability of replacement materials.
