Standard sizing doesn’t suit every wrist. That’s why we prepare each piece according to your exact wrist measurement, taking natural variations in bead size and every design detail into account. Before shipping, every finished piece receives a final size check against your measurement.

Everyone wears jewelry differently. Some prefer a close fit, while others enjoy a little extra room. Choose from three fit preferences: Tight, Standard, or Loose, so your bracelet feels exactly the way you want it to.

Your bracelet is prepared after your order is placed, allowing us to adjust the fit and complete a final quality check. Please allow 2–4 business days before dispatch.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped internationally via UPS Express at no additional shipping cost.

International delivery: Approximately 8–10 business days

Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. Applicable taxes are included for U.S. and EU orders.

If your piece isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
